Shipping and Returns

We ship most items within 24 hours. Shipping is free on most purchases of $49.99 or more, some exclusions apply. Purchases under $49.99 are just a flat rate of $5. Large or bulky items are a flat rate of $10 to ship. Items can be returned but please note if items are returned for any reason other than a defect the buyer will be refunded or credited the original purchase price minus the actual shipping cost paid by Truly Unique. Items must be returned in the same new condition they were sold in. All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. There is no returns on Mystery Boxes due to the mystery being gone once they are opened. There is also no returns on pre-orders do to our order being adjusted based on the number needed when pre-ordered.

International Shipping is set to a flat rate and covers 5 discs. Orders of more than 5 discs will be refunded or subject to additional charge.
